RULES FOR SERVICES IN THE “TRANSFERS AND TAXI” CATEGORY

Last updated: 01.09.2026

These Rules govern the use, on the Digital Platform, of functions for searching, selecting and ordering transfers, taxi services and, where expressly stated in a specific Offer, other transport services (the “Transfer Service”). By using the functionality of the Transfer Service, the User confirms that they have read these Rules and agree that they apply, together with the applicable provisions of the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. A contract relating to a specific paid Order is concluded separately in accordance with the Public Offer for Clients, the terms of the Order and the acceptance action provided for in the interface.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Company or Pathrest means Pathrest LLC.

1.2. Digital Platform means the Website operated by the Company, its subdomains, the Personal Account and related software functionality.

1.3. Website means www.pathrest.am, including its subdomains.

1.4. User means any person who visits the Digital Platform or uses its functionality, irrespective of whether that person is registered or places an Order.

1.5. Customer means a person who places an Order for their own benefit or for the benefit of Travel Participants.

1.6. Travel Participant means a person for whom the carriage is ordered.

1.7. Transfer means pre-booked carriage from a specified pick-up point to a destination, for example from an airport to an Accommodation Facility, from an Accommodation Facility to an airport or on an intercity route.

1.8. Taxi means a carriage service on a route selected by the Customer, including the option to adjust the address or time at short notice where the Offer so provides.

1.9. Offer means the set of terms presented on the Digital Platform in relation to a specific transport service.

1.10. Order means a service request/transaction placed and identified by the Customer.

1.11. Carrier means a person or organisation that actually performs the carriage, including a Marketplace Partner, an external Supplier or Pathrest — only where the Company itself actually performs the carriage and is entitled to do so.

1.12. Driver means a person who directly operates the vehicle and participates in providing the service on behalf of the Carrier.

1.13. Supplier / Booking Supplier means an API, aggregator, booking system or other third party that provides the functionality for searching, confirming, paying for or managing transport services.

1.14. Confirmation / Voucher means an electronic document or message confirming the status and material terms of the Order, including the route, date, time, waiting rules and available contact details.

1.15. Additional Services means a child seat, meet-and-greet with a name sign, additional baggage, waiting, stops, toll roads or parking and other services, where available under the specific Offer.
2. Transfer Service models and the role of Pathrest
2.1. Depending on the country, route and Offer, the service may be provided:
(a) by an external Seller after a redirect;
(b) by a Supplier/API Partner, with the booking placed through Pathrest;
(c) by a Marketplace Partner;
(d) directly by Pathrest as the actual Carrier or a contracting party, where this is expressly stated and the necessary grounds exist.

2.2. Before the Order is confirmed, the Customer is provided, in an accessible form, with information on Pathrest’s applicable role, the Carrier or other actual service provider, the payment recipient/processor, the confirmation procedure and the specific waiting, cancellation and refund rules.

2.3. A transfer, taxi service, vehicle rental or other transport service may be booked entirely on the Digital Platform through an API/GDS/booking system and without a redirect to an external website.

2.4. The fact that the Customer remains on the Digital Platform or that a third party’s payment interface is visually embedded in the Website does not in itself mean that Pathrest is the payment recipient, merchant of record or Carrier.

2.5. Under the Marketplace or external Supplier model, the relevant Partner/Carrier is responsible for the vehicle, Driver, permits, insurance, safety and actual performance, to the extent prescribed by applicable law. Pathrest is responsible for the obligations it has assumed.

2.6. Where Pathrest itself actually performs the carriage, the Company is liable as the Carrier and/or a contracting party to the extent prescribed by the terms of the Order and applicable law.
3. Placing and confirming an Order
3.1. To place an Order, the Customer provides the accurate parameters necessary for the service: the pick-up point and destination, date and time, number of Travel Participants, quantity and type of baggage, contact telephone number and, where applicable, flight details, terminal, Accommodation Facility address and additional requests.

3.2. An incorrect or incomplete address, time, telephone number, flight number, terminal, or information about Travel Participants or baggage may make the service impossible, cause a delay or price change, or result in the application of the no-show rules.

3.3. Acceptance of a specific Order is made by an unequivocal action provided for in the interface: selecting a mandatory checkbox, clicking the order/confirmation/payment button and/or making full or partial payment, depending on the applicable model.

3.4. The Company’s system may record the date and time of acceptance, the Customer and Order identifiers, the version of the applicable documents and technical data necessary to evidence the electronic interaction.

3.5. An Order is deemed confirmed upon receipt of the Confirmation/Voucher, unless the Offer expressly provides otherwise. The Customer must verify it and promptly notify the person indicated for Order servicing of any inaccuracies.

3.6. Depending on the Offer, payment may be made online to Pathrest or a third party, in full or in part, and/or on site to the Carrier/Driver. The payment recipient, amount and time of payment are disclosed before the Order is confirmed.
4. Price and additional charges
4.1. The price of the Order is determined on the basis of the route, distance, time, vehicle class, number of Travel Participants, baggage and Additional Services.

4.2. Where provided for by the terms of the Offer or Order, separate charges may apply for toll roads and crossings, parking or entry fees, waiting beyond the free allowance, an additional stop or route change, baggage exceeding the applicable limit, a night-time/peak-hour multiplier and a class change requested by the Customer.

4.3. For international journeys and foreign Carriers, the final amount charged may depend on the currency, conversion rate and fees charged by the Customer’s bank or payment system.

4.4. The price of a confirmed Order may be changed only in accordance with the terms of the Order, as a result of a change requested by the Customer, an additional service actually received or on a ground provided by law.
5. Provision of the vehicle, waiting and communication
5.1. The vehicle is provided at the place and time specified in the Confirmation/Voucher, subject to any permitted time variation under the terms of the Order.

5.2. For an airport meet-and-greet, the Customer must provide accurate flight details, monitor the current arrival time and, where required, report any material change.

5.3. Free and paid waiting periods are determined by the rules applicable to the specific Order/Carrier. Failure to appear or lack of communication after the applicable period has expired may be treated as a No-show.

5.4. The Customer must be reachable on the telephone number provided on the day of travel. The Customer bears the risk of consequences arising from an incorrect number, communication or roaming restrictions, a switched-off device or another reason attributable to the Customer, except where otherwise provided by law.

5.5. The Customer must promptly verify the available identifying details of the Driver/Carrier and, in case of doubt, contact the support service indicated in the Confirmation.
6. Cancellation, amendments, No-show and refunds
6.1. The availability, time limits and deductions applicable to cancellation, amendments and refunds are determined by the terms of the specific Order, the rules of the Carrier/Supplier, the payment model and the mandatory provisions of applicable law.

6.2. A change to the address, time, number of Travel Participants, vehicle class or Additional Services may result in a price recalculation or require a new Order and, where technically impossible, refusal of the service in accordance with the applicable terms.

6.3. A No-show may be recorded if the Customer or Travel Participant fails to arrive at the designated place within the waiting period, does not respond through the specified communication channels or has provided incorrect data that prevented the Driver from performing the Order.

6.4. In the event of a No-show, the service may be treated either as not performed for a reason attributable to the Customer or as having been provided to an equivalent extent, and the payment may be wholly or partially non-refundable, to the extent permitted by the terms of the Order and applicable law.

6.5. A refund is technically processed by the person that accepted the payment or by its payment partner. If the amount was not received by Pathrest, it is not deemed to have been received by Pathrest merely because the payment was initiated on the Digital Platform.

6.6. If the Order forms part of a Tour Package, the terms of the Tour Package and the tour operator may additionally apply to its cancellation and refund.
7. Safety, conduct and baggage
7.1. The Customer and Travel Participants must comply with safety rules, wear seat belts, comply with the Driver’s lawful instructions and observe the law of the place where the service is provided.

7.2. The Carrier may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the Order, refuse carriage where a person’s conduct threatens safety, breaches public order, makes performance of the service impossible or where prohibited items are present.

7.3. Baggage must be compatible with the vehicle class ordered and the quantity declared in advance. The Customer/Travel Participant must keep valuables, money and documents in their possession unless a special safekeeping service has expressly been ordered.

7.4. The need for a child seat, special assistance or another special requirement must be stated in the Order and is deemed confirmed only after it is included in the Confirmation/Voucher.
8. Liability and force majeure
8.1. Pathrest is liable only for the obligations, and to the extent, that it has assumed under the specific Order as the operator of the Digital Platform, an intermediary, agent, Carrier or other contracting party.

8.2. The consequences of traffic congestion, road accidents, weather, road closures, actions of public authorities, border or inspection procedures, flight changes and other external circumstances are assessed in light of applicable law, the terms of the Order and the matters actually within the relevant party’s control.

8.3. Pathrest is not liable for the consequences of incorrect data provided by the Customer, lack of communication or a Travel Participant’s breach of safety and conduct rules, except where caused by Pathrest’s fault or otherwise provided by law.

8.4. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits any liability or Customer right that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Personal data
9.1. For the purposes of searching, placing, performing and servicing an Order, the Company may process and, to the extent necessary, transfer the data of the Customer and Travel Participants to Carriers, Drivers, Suppliers, Partners, and payment and technical partners, provided that an appropriate legal basis exists.

9.2. By providing the data of other persons, the Customer confirms that there is a lawful basis for transferring the data and informs those persons of the applicable processing.

9.3. Details of the processing of personal data and cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
10. Support and permitted use
10.1. For questions concerning placing an Order and receiving a Confirmation, the Customer may contact Pathrest through the Official Communication Channels. On the day of travel, priority should be given to the contact details of the Driver, dispatcher or support service specified in the Confirmation/Voucher.

10.2. Without Pathrest’s prior written permission or an API specifically provided by the Company, the bulk or systematic automated collection, copying, monitoring or reuse of data from the Digital Platform is prohibited.

10.3. These Rules do not grant any right to resell, syndicate or make Offers or data available through an API. Such B2B/API relationships are governed by a separate agreement.
11. Governing law, amendments to the Rules and language
11.1. The relationship between the User and the Company is governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.

11.2. The Company may change the list of Suppliers, Partners, Carriers and technical integrations available through the Transfer Service without amending these Rules, provided that the applicable model and material terms are properly disclosed to the Customer before the Order is confirmed.

11.3. The Company may publish a new version of the Rules on the Website, indicating the date of the latest update. The new version applies to use of the Service and to new Orders after it enters into force. An Order that has already been confirmed is governed by the version presented when it was placed, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.

11.4. Amendments that require separate consent under law or by the nature of the relationship take effect only after such consent has been obtained.

11.5. The Rules may be published in Armenian, Russian and English. In the event of discrepancies, the Armenian version prevails unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
